The experience was beyond what I expected. I went in for my first-ever club fitting, and Ben was ready to roll from the start. He was extremely professional, welcoming and provided valuable insight into the different club manufacturers and options available. What impressed me even more was that Ben took the time to offer swing and performance tips along the way, even though that wasn’t part of the fitting itself. He clearly cares about helping his customers get the best results, not just selling equipment. I was truly impressed with the level of customer service and couldn’t be happier with my investment. I have never been fit for clubs before and have never purchased a new driver. Last year I saved up the courage and the cash to finally get fit. I had money in my pocket and was set on buying whatever worked best for me, regardless of the price. Ben and his staff didn't try to upsell me, didn't apply any pressure, just let me hit clubs until we found something that worked. I spent less than half than what I would have spent and love what I bought. Can't recommend them enough over the big box stores who never even bothered to help me when I went in them.

These guys are awesome. I submitted an online inquiry for a putter grip I wanted and asked how quickly they could get it installed. I received a prompt response from the owner, Ben, and made the trip down to Ames from Fort Dodge a few days later. The staff in the shop were very knowledgeable and friendly. My new grip was on my putter within about 3 minutes of deciding what I wanted. Thank you Wagner's Golf! I will be back.

Awesome shop that you can quickly spend a lot of money at for anything golf. Ben helped me with a fitting for a new driver, wood, and irons and i was extremely impressed with his level of expertise, patience/creativity in trying different setups, and the overall experience. Will definitely be returning in the near future when i need new wedges

Amazing experience. Ben was an amazing help. Took my clubs in to get adjusted and in 15 min, he found my problem. Stay away from big box stores, and trust your local pro. The help I got from Wagners golf is hands down the best customer experience i've had in a long time. They will be the only golf shop I go to from here on out.
